Refund Policy

Overview

Because our products are produced and fulfilled by Printful on a made-to-order basis, our refund policy is aligned with Printful’s fulfilment policies.

When Refunds Are Available

You may request a refund or replacement when one or more of the following apply:

  • The product was mis-shipped: wrong item, wrong design, wrong size (fulfilment error) by Printful. help.printful.com+1

  • The package was lost in transit (subject to tracking and carrier confirmation) or returned to sender through no fault of the customer. Printful+1

When Refunds Or Replacements Are Not Available

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong size/colour selected, wrong shipping address provided by you. Printful+1

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Orders delivered correctly and with proof of delivery, unless a fulfilment error or manufacturing defect applies.

How To Request A Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us at [insert your contact email] within 30 days of delivery, and include:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Clear photos showing the damage, defect or error.

  2. We will submit the claim to Printful on your behalf. Printful will evaluate the issue and determine whether a free replacement or refund is applicable. help.printful.com+1

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement item will be sent at no cost.

  4. If the claim is not approved (e.g., issue due to you selecting wrong size/color), we will notify you and no refund or replacement will be offered.

Processing Time

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Replacement orders are subject to Printful’s typical fulfilment and shipping timelines.

Shipping Costs and Customs

  • Shipping charges initially paid by you are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or Printful’s error.

  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs/duties paid. These are generally non-refundable unless the product is returned due to error or defect.

Additional Notes

  • In the event a package is returned to us or to Printful because of an invalid or incomplete address you provided, you may choose to pay for reshipment instead of requesting a refund. Printful
